The Role

Overview

Operate and set up machines to produce transformer cores, ensuring quality and safety.

Tasks

-Set up machine according to work order and operating procedures -Ensure product meets quality requirements as per work order, operating procedures and customers’ specifications. Diligently inspect product and document -Safely operate equipment follow ALL safety requirements -Work collaboratively with incoming/outgoing shifts -Follow priority schedule and achieve production requirements -Keep workstation clean and organized

What You Bring

-Strong measuring skills using tape measurers, vernier calipers, and micrometers is an asset -Exceptional communication skills -Basic troubleshooting of machine and process flow -Strong attention to detail -Basic computer skills -Exceptional attendance -Read work orders and understand all measurements -1 year minimum Manufacturing experience is a requirement -Be fluent in measuring devices -Able to follow instructions and procedures -Mechanically inclined with a strong focus on safety
