Tasks

-Provide visibility to Principal in charge of status, timelines, key concerns -Assist Principal in charge in solicitation of new business -Participate in corporative initiatives and associate level meetings to determine future protocol and\or procedures. -Review written reports and documents on project related activity. -Break down technical needs\deliverable and assist in managing budgetary requirements related to assigned projects -Provide manpower updates and resource availability -Publish and or participate in industry outreach or speaking engagements -Assist Principal in charge with new proposal estimates -Assess technical needs on projects and request support for work requirements -Conduct project level review and progress with Project Managers on designated assignments. -Assist in billing review and collections where necessary -Maintain updated knowledge of building codes in local markets -Present in-house seminars or related topics periodically -Manage staff or team and provide an atmosphere consistent with mentoring -Respond and effectively communicate to clients when project emergencies arise

-Communicate effectively and establish relationships with clients and job related management teams -Ability to be detail-oriented as well as see the bigger picture -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineers, etc.) -Minimum of 10 years working with building envelope project experience -Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings -Register Architect or Professional Engineer status required -Excellent PC computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word or suitable document writing programs -Must demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic team environment, to think outside the box, and solve complex problems -Strong written and verbal communications skills -Successful completion and history of managing projects and deliverables. -Well-versed in all phases of exterior wall construction projects.
