Overview
Maintain and repair mobile equipment fleet, ensuring readiness and safety.

Tasks
-Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems -Diagnoses faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices -Tests mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance, and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications -Schedules maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keeps equipment service records -Adheres to all safety protocol to include confined space entry, lock-out-tag-out, working at heights, wearing appropriate safety glasses, gloves and other personal protective equipment, as well as all OSHA, MSHA requirement -Examines parts for damage and excessive wear, using micrometers or gauges -Reads and interprets manuals, blueprints and technical drawings -Repairs and replaces damaged, worn parts -Operates and inspects heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Cleans, lubricates and performs routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles -Dismantles and reassembles heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools -Stays abreast of new technology and methodology through on-the-job training and technical schools

What You Bring
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent -Required Work Experience: 3 years of experience servicing relevant heavy industrial equipment -Ability to work shifts as required -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
