Assist Chief Engineer in managing engineering department, maintenance, safety, and staff.

Tasks

-Build respectful relationships with all teammates and quests -Coordinate with internal and external clients -Control the Engineering functions -Handle all mechanic areas -Support administrative and management tasks -Handle all technical areas -Participate in management team meetings -Coordinate activities with other internal departments -Handle all preventive maintenance areas -Manage Engineering department and team when Chief Engineer on leave -Handle all building & decoration areas -Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

What You Bring

-Willingness to take directions from the Chief Engineer, Facility Manager, or Key Account Manager -English Speaking is Pre-Intermediate -Ability to effectively communicate to management and client representatives -Bachelor’s degree or High Vocational Diploma in Engineering -At least 3 years in Engineering Middle Management Level -Leadership Personality -Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus -Occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds -Able to work independently and interact positively with all levels of management and clients to include the general public -Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods -While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl
