Tasks

-Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity. -Project Management: Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. -Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in residential electrical services. -Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. -Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations, conducting inspections and providing feedback to team members as needed. -Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring the proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment. -Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. -Inventory Management: Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for projects and maintaining accurate records of usage and expenses. -Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in residential electrical operations, implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize performance.
