Preparing conceptual and final grading, site servicing and road design for residential, commercial and institutional land development projects
Formulating earthwork quantity analysis, and management processes

Coordinating design components with other disciplines, and possible work with other offices
Preparing / assisting with construction tender/contract documents
Providing design ideas and solutions and perform quality control of construction documents

Knowledge of the local geographic area and area municipality design standards is an asset
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with teams
Minimum of 3 years of experience within a land development consulting engineering environment
Registered or eligible for registration as a Certified Engineering Technologist or Professional Engineer
