Tasks

Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and clients to proactively identify issues and provide optimal solutions. Manage project delivery and execution on site to ensure projects exceed client expectations and meet McMahon’s contractual obligations. Implement and maintain site processes, project schedules, and quality control procedures for continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for assisting with on-site project activities, reviewing designs and specifications, and ensuring works are completed to quality and safety standards, and have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, collaborate with experienced project teams, and contribute to complex infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Australian civil engineering standards, site safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, oversee subcontractors, and provide technical leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project scheduling and planning tools, as well as technical review of drawings and specifications.
