Tasks

-Oversee system interoperability between LMS, GIS, and external government platforms -Provide technical guidance and training to system users and stakeholders -Coordinate with IT, GIS, Land Registry, and related teams to meet business and regulatory requirements -Plan, test, and roll-out new LMS modules and digital platforms -Manage implementation and integration of the Plot Management System alongside the Land Management System (LMS) -Manage API development and secure data exchange workflows across departments -Supervise maintenance and administration of land information systems and databases -Oversee implementation and operation of the Geoportal and Off-Plan Sales Registry -Develop and enforce system policies, procedures, and governance frameworks -Prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making and system improvements

What You Bring

-15+ experience in GIS and Land Information Systems and digital property registration platforms -Proven ability to establish off-plan sales registry, API integrations and system interoperability -Experience in land administration frameworks and modern land management tools like geoportal and e-services -Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
