Entry-level BIM coordinator supporting digital information management and model coordination.

Tasks

-Learn and apply Ramboll and project-specific standards. -Support design teams in following established BIM standards and workflows. -Participate in BIM coordination meetings and take notes. -Maintain and organize digital files and object libraries as directed. -Assist in preparing and updating the Digital Delivery Plan under guidance from senior staff. -Help compile and distribute models and drawings from external stakeholders. -Provide basic troubleshooting for Revit and AutoCAD issues. -Support clash detection and quality checks under supervision. -Support team members in using design software and digital tools. -Help set up project templates and basic digital configurations. -Assist in managing access to shared models and documents in Common Data Environments (e.g., ACC). -Assist with creating and updating BIM models for assigned disciplines.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a plus. -Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. -0–2 years of experience in BIM or digital design support. -Basic knowledge of building construction and building components. -Good communication and teamwork abilities. -Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in a relevant field. -Understanding of design and construction processes is helpful. -Exposure to Navisworks or similar coordination tools is beneficial. -Strong willingness to learn and develop digital skills.
