Tasks

-Lead by example—train, mentor, and coach leasing teams to hit goals. -Work the entire leasing process yourself, from tour to close. -Step into under-performing properties and personally drive leasing results. -Use your expertise in Yardi, CRM systems, and social media to build momentum. -Execute creative outreach and marketing strategies to drive traffic.
