-Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating -3 year’s qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis -Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
