Tasks

-Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives -Support tax preparation and filing requirements in collaboration with the tax team -Support preparation of financial statements and management reports -Assist in audit preparation and coordination with external auditors -Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner -Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements -Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

EA License: 16S8131 We are currently partnering with a mid-sized European bank who are looking to hire a Financial & Regulatory Reporting candidate into their team – this will be on an initial 1-year Fixed Term basis. -Proficient in month-end close and financial statement preparation -Willing and able to commit to a 1-year fixed term contract (with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment, though not guaranteed) -Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles, within Banking -Strong background in financial reporting and regulatory reporting
