Assistant Foreman

Overview

Lead a crew of up to 6 in landscape construction, handling hardscape, plants, safety, and client relations.

Tasks

-Teach and train crewmembers as needed -Maintain and encourage safety standards with crew members -Adjust to changes in the plan and scheduling, as necessary -Maintain an orderly job site and equipment trailer -Work closely with the Construction Foreman in installation of landscapes -Attend training classes and seminars as requested by managers -Assist with snow removal -Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles

What You Bring

-Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMVR -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check -Crew management experience preferred -Bilingual preferred -Must be detail oriented, quality and safety driven -Horticulture background preferred -Landscape industry certification -Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills -Must be professional in appearance and actions -Must be able and willing to manage crew when Construction Foreman is absent
