LC/VO Project Supervisor

Overview

Oversee site H&S, subcontractor work and project delivery for capital projects at QEH.

Tasks

-Provide project & weekly programme information and KPI’s and feed back into monitoring and reporting systems -Attendance, preparation and reporting for all meetings in relation to the project -Support the Project Manager in compiling all pre-start information -Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the team & project -Co-ordination with sub-contractors and appointment of them in conjunction with the Contracts Manager and Commercial Team -Manage Quality Control through a structured monitoring process and auditing -Liaison with the client on both a formal and informal basis -Supervision of the Site Team, including the following areas -Overall responsibility for site safety, ensuring compliance to SHEQ procedures & responsibilities, & HSE requirements -Application for all licences, permits etc. and ensuring they are in place to execute the works correctly -Provide structured approach to project planning; to include health and safety, execution methods and quality -Ensuring that site set up works is complied with and all welfare facilities are provided

What You Bring

-Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of technical and estates and building issues in the provision of construction, maintenance and FM services -Previous experience of managing RAMS -Valid driving license -Previous experience with working and supervising subcontractors -Strong IT Skills
