Tasks
-Networking & Partnerships: You create a network of followers that include prospects, market partners, key industry influencers, and other interesting parties that ultimately extend ServiceTrade’s reach by echoing and amplifying our values. You forge deep relationships with the C-Suite or Owner-levels, offering consultative insights and positioning our solutions as vital to their operational growth and success. -Targeted Business Development: You execute lead generation, prospecting, and selling activities of the largest companies in the region by researching the market, identifying prospects, and qualifying opportunities. You work closely with multiple stakeholders through complex, multi-process sales cycles, leading to triumphant outcomes. -Operations: You know how to leverage CRM tools with precision, maintain records of client/potential client interaction and use this to execute flawless sales strategies

What You Bring
-Medical with Blue Cross Blue Shield NC (2 options) -Sales Experience: You have 3+ years of SMB and/or MM level experiences with unparalleled negotiation skills, navigating deal intricacies, and exceeding million dollar sales quotas. -Solution Selling: You’ve mastered your craft and study sales methodologies for fun. You can read your audience and continuously provide white-glove solutions. -Preferred Experience: Directly selling solutions into our industry or an industry-adjacent field is highly desirable. -Professional Experience: 3+ years of SMB or MM inside sales experience (closing deals at $40k+ in ARR) -Industry Experience: 5+ years experience selling saas based, business critical solutions into complex/niche verticals. -Dental and Vision with Unum -Travel: Up to 25% travel is expected within your assigned territory for in-person client meetings and 1 tradeshow per quarter. -Achievement: You have a proven track record of success, hitting goals and President’s clubs on multiple occasions. You learn from your mistakes/failures and use those experiences to be even more systematic the next time.
