Tasks
Project manager will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with confidence and precision. This role suits a Project Manager with a proven track record in the leisure and sports sector, large commercial schemes, regeneration projects, central and local government programmes, cultural and heritage developments who can work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively across distributed teams. -Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting -Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement solutions proactively -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders -Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation with minimal supervision -Work autonomously to drive projects forward in a remote working environment -Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure project milestones are met -Manage end-to-end project delivery for leisure, sport centre and stadium schemes
