Tasks

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. -Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives. -Manage CRM and sales reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and performance. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and property sector. -Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. -Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. -Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
