Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of materials used and project completion details. -Prepare work areas by cleaning, sealing, and ensuring proper ventilation. -Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and handling of insulation materials. -Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean worksite. -Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and contractors to complete projects on schedule. -Use hand and power tools to apply insulation materials efficiently and safely. -Ensure all work meets building codes, energy efficiency standards, and company quality guidelines. -Remove old or damaged insulation materials as needed. -Measure, cut, and install fiberglass insulation in walls, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other structures.

What You Bring

-Able to stand for extended periods -OSHA 10 is recommended but not required. -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs -Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees -Comfortable using standard hand tools -Able to climb ladders and scaffolding -Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces -Installation experience is a plus
