This organization is known for its commitment to sustainable building practices and high-performance engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors. -LEED and Title 24 commissioning -Project management skills including scheduling and budgeting -Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience -Ability to work on-site for extended periods and lift/carry loads over 20 lbs -Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed -Experience with commissioning software or ongoing commissioning tools -5+ years of relevant industry experience -Excellent communication and client management abilities -Experience in mission-critical and life sciences projects -Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, controls, and instrumentation -PE license or certifications in Commissioning, Energy Management, or TAB (preferred) -Background in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering -Proficiency in MS Office
