Tasks

-Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, enabling inclusive experiences for all users. -Create fully responsive, high-fidelity designs for web and mobile that align with our brand and accessibility standards. -You’ll lead design initiatives that blend human-centered design, accessibility, and AI innovation to deliver high-quality, responsive product experiences across devices. -Communicate design decisions clearly, advocating for user needs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals. -The core mission of this role is to elevate user experience through design excellence and intelligent automation—ensuring every interaction is efficient, inclusive, and delightful. -Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring innovative features to market. -Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve user flows. -You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to create thoughtful, intuitive experiences that drive measurable business impact. -Contribute to design system evolution, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform. -Synthesize insights from usability tests, analytics, and customer feedback to drive product improvements. -Champion user empathy, ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected throughout the design process. -Lead end-to-end design solutions, from research and concept through to delivery and refinement. -Stay ahead of emerging design and AI trends, proactively introducing new tools and methods to the team. -Leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows (Figma, Lovable, Fullstory, etc.).

What You Bring

-5+ years of product design experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments -Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows -Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies -Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams -Experience with systems design -A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment -Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards -Ability to come in to the Austin office at least one day per week -Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
