Develop and deliver C#/.NET solutions in Azure using Agile methods.

Tasks

Works as part of a team to build high quality software. We deliver high quality systems following specific guidelines that promote Agile working in a practical environment. Independently owns delivery in their specialism and works closely with clients and team mates to develop an understanding of their business strategy and architects development solutions based on that. -Use industry standard Agile methods and tools, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management and processes are maintained. -Responsible for the development of systems based on requirements provided by our BA and/or the customer. -Oversees go-live and guides troubleshooting. -Follows the direction set by the Principal Developer and follows industry standards in terms of techniques, methodologies, and tools. -Contributes to the development of architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed. -Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required -Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -Interacts with key stakeholders to understand business requirements. -Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job -Playing a large role in the product lifecycle, contributing to design, from development to delivery through our automated deployment pipelines. -Communicating and promoting vacancies -Provides direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration. -Provides technical input for overall delivery models and if possible assists sales with pre-sales activity. -Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people

Demonstrates confidence in influencing and explaining things well to compel others. -Full life cycle application development experience and experience in designing, coding and debugging applications. -ORMs eg Entity Framework / NHibernate -Kubernetes / Docker
