Ensure the timely and professional completion of all service work orders with the highest level of quality.

Oversee the completion of all required service documentation for each work order is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Ensure all service personnel adhere to Flynn’s safety policies and procedures daily.

Oversee team performance, conduct reviews, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Work closely with the team on customer expectations and manage escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Provide support to the Superintendent by supervising service technicians and ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Help identify potential new business opportunities through excellent service delivery.

Provide support to the Account Management team and assist with customer communications, ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

Provide accurate and timely quotations for service work as needed, ensuring customer value.

Guarantee the availability and proper use of all required safety equipment on job sites.

Monitor for consistent quality control across all service jobs.

Train, mentor, and develop the service team to enhance technical skills and customer service performance.

Maintain our customer-first philosophy by monitoring response times, quality of work, and overall satisfaction.

Work closely with the sales team to support service-related sales growth in the branch.

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Glazing Service Manager to lead our Glazing Service Department. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of estimators/ account managers, office operations personnel and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing customer satisfaction and service requests, overseeing work order completion, and supporting sales growth by providing quotes and identifying new opportunities. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of glazing, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the glazing industry, with a deep understanding of glazing products and services.
