What You Bring

-Technical Acumen: An understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying, coupled with a genuine interest in the real estate and built environment. -Sustainability Awareness: Conscious of environmental challenges and motivated to contribute to a more sustainable future in construction. -Academic Credentials: A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum). -Analytical Thinking: Able to approach problems logically and eager to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills. -Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data and confident in presenting insights clearly and effectively.
