Tasks

-Coordinate deliveries form vendors and suppliers. -Assist in managing and scheduling subcontractors to ensure proper work flow. -Assist in directing subcontractors to work in an efficient and timely manner. -Assist the Construction Superintendent with pricing revisions and change orders. -Help resolve conflicts that arise among blueprints. -Assist in making sure that project budgets and schedules are met. -Help the Construction Superintendent maintain a clean jobsite by instructing the subcontractors.
