Yardi/ Business Systems Support Specialist

Tasks

-Assist with Yardi related projects, initiatives and implementations -Assist with 3rd party application integration with Yardi suite -Perform data uploads (ETL, CSV, FTP Transfers) & data validations -Assist accounting team with Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting in Yardi -Act as a liaison for internal inquires and manages special projects -Collaborate with team members and Yardi Client support to resolve complex technical issues -Develop Alteryx workflows related to validation, report automation, Tableau Dashboards, etc. -Assist with onboarding new properties and off-boarding sold properties -Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across departments and teams -Assist the rest of the IT team with support for local business applications and equipment - laptops, printers, mobile devices, iPads, networking (wired and wireless), Outlook, Windows 10 etc. -Serve as primary technical support and administrator for Yardi products, including Voyager, Commercial Cafe, ABF, and Elevate

What You Bring

-Strong technical troubleshooting skills -Knowledge of Tableau or other BI design (preferred) -Knowledge of basic SQL scripting (preferred) -Strategic, analytical, technical, and project management skills -Previous IT support experience (preferred) -Experience analyzing real estate portfolio assets and/or financial statements -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications -Knowledge of Alteryx workflow programming (preferred) -1+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager, including Administration and setup
