Tasks
-Maintains accurate, organized residents' pre-admission, move-in, and discharge documentation. -Ensures that quality resident services are coordinated and delivered in accordance with Brandywine standards, policies, and procedures. -Maintains accurate daily census. -Assists residents individually and in small groups with transitioning to the Community. -Coordinates residents' move-in, move-out, and in-house transfers. -Schedules appointments and tours with potential residents upon request. -Maintains accurate, organized documentation of apartment inspections and related work orders. -Facilitates new residents' integration as members of the Community. -Supports the social, emotional, and physical environment conducive to the best interests of all residents. -Actively networks under the direction of the Director of Community Relations to ensure the Community is represented as an attractive long-term care option in the local community.
