Overview
Senior ROW Land Agent handles right-of-way negotiations, project coordination, and land acquisition.

Tasks
-Performs a range of right of way related work to support public and private sector projects. -They will review and understand title reports, vesting types, appraisal standards, basic offer package requirements, negotiation strategies, and facilitate/assist with other regulatory activities in conjunction with client and project requirements. -The work progresses from administrative and basic support work to complex, politically sensitive, multi-disciplined transactions and project management functions. -The Agent may perform the same functions of the ROW Assistant, as needed, but will primarily be the primary project team member that specifically coordinates efforts with the client, property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders as needed.

What You Bring
-Must be able to do basic math and understand real estate. -Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. -Knowledge of NEPA/FERC -Be organized, proficient and interpreting property surveys, plats, and legal descriptions -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Associate degree with one-two plus years of Right of Way experience or equivalent combination of experience. -Must be local to Metro Atlanta -Must be able to travel to other locations in Georgia as needed -Must have valid driver's license -The Agent will either perform the work, strong negotiation skills, coordinate, or support others performing the work, depending upon the project, task, and ability of the particular Agent. -5 plus years' Right of Way experience with no degree -Real Estate experience preferred -Must have automobile liability insurance to meet company requirements -Experience with Microsoft office, GIS Mapping, read plans, Deeds, Plats, Gsccca.org, SharePoint -Must be able to write clearly and prepare reports & correspondence. -Ability to travel up to 75% of the time -Must have reliable personal transportation to conduct field work and attend meetings. -Able to travel to various locations. -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, percentages and decimals
