Assist the Development Manager in planning, managing and delivering residential projects.

Tasks

-Support the Development Manager in managing day-to-day project activities across various development stages, from feasibility and design through execution -Assist in preparing project presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders -Maintain accurate project records and contribute to the preparation of progress updates and management reports -Assist in evaluating project feasibility, including financial, design, and regulatory considerations -Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants (e.g., architects, engineers, and advisors) to ensure timely flow of project information -Conduct research and gather data related to market conditions, regulations, and development benchmarks to support informed decision-making -Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment -Monitor project schedules and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays
