The Role
Overview
Conduct environmental site assessments, remediation, and risk support for diverse Ontario clients.

Tasks
-Review and interpret environmental data, lab results, and historical records -Support health and safety initiatives and promote a safety-first culture -Assist with proposals, conceptual site models, and work programs -Prepare technical reports and ensure regulatory compliance -Supervise and mentor junior staff in both field and office settings -Develop client relationships and contribute to business development -Coordinate field programs, subcontractors, and equipment logistics -Conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), site remediation, and support for Risk Assessments and Records of Site Condition (O.Reg. 153/04)

What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail -Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local fieldwork -Strong understanding of Ontario environmental regulations (O.Reg. 153/04 & 406/19) -Eligibility for professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo) and Qualified Person (QP) status preferred -3–5 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on site assessment and remediation -Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, Masters degree preferred -Apply knowledge of Ontario Regulation 406/19 (Excess Soil Management) in project planning and execution
