Overview

Manage delivery of major electrical packages, coordinating engineering, procurement and OEMs.

Tasks

The successful candidate will be the focal point between the Client's PMT and the PMT, procurement, engineering and site teams including the OEMs. The packages include modifications to the existing power management system, existing 11kV switchgear and for new transformers, as well as other Electrical equipment such as 110kV switchgear, etc.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be looking across those major packages to drive the multi-functional delivery, including integrating with the construction team on ROS dates, build sequence etc and facilitating stakeholder buy in. They will be supporting the engineering disciplines with a broad understanding of the scope,. They shall have a solid engineering background to facilitate technical issues resolution and shall have prior experience of working with major equipment suppliers, in roles of package engineer or package manager. 4 days preferably in the office in Surrey - 1 day WFH each week. Our client is looking for an E&I Package Manager who possesses significant experience in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of major electrical packages for a significant Brownfield / Greenfield facility. -Experience of ICSS design will also be an advantage. Building strong working relationships with Client and suppliers will be critical.

Benefits

Rate - £70p/hr – Outside IR35.
