Overview

Manage and coordinate small‑medium repair projects for insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

• stakeholder liaison
• cost management
• trade scheduling
• document collation
• report submission

Tasks

-Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates. -Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices and invoicing -Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/ technicians/ estimators -Collating photos and other associated documents for the timely submission of reports and quotations

What You Bring

-Strong administrative skills, with written and verbal communication being key. -Insurance and or construction experience is desirable. -Strong focus on external and internal KPIs and client service level agreements -Willingness to learn and be part of an agile and warm team environment. -Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. -High attention to detail. -Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium repairs (jobs under Supervision management only)
