Tasks

-Correspondences follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, including maintaining all required correspondences and logs registers. -Administrative including coordination with other Company’s department. -Attending meetings with preparation of minutes of meetings. -Provide ad-hoc support for projects related matters including preparation of presentations and dashboards for meetings at Executive level. -Assist one of the Company’s Executive in various tasks including:

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree or similar with a minimum of 8 years of experience. -Fluent in Arabic both oral and written is a must. -Previous experience in communicating with Government Entities. -Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with challenging milestones and diverse duties. -Able to prepare formal correspondences and presentations in both English and Arabic. -Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. -Excellent knowledge of all the latest Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. -Experience in utilizing Aconex is a plus. -Previous experience in assisting Company’s Executives.
