Tasks

-Single-site ownership: lead scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects. -Coordinate with stakeholders, regulators, and industrial/data center clients. -Ensure compliance with utility, ISO, and client interconnection standards. -Supervise engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. -Manage EPC contractors delivering HV substations, BESS, and power integration systems.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, plant controllers, PQ troubleshooting. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE preferred. -Strong vendor/OEM management, contract enforcement, and stakeholder communication skills. -10+ years in utility-scale power operations (HV substations, storage, generation). -5+ years leading 24/7 operations or control rooms.
