Tasks

Supported by our Principals, you’ll contribute to innovative technical solutions while growing your career in a flexible, inclusive, and highly skilled environment. This role will include some remote work within NT including shifts away from home. Joining our team means you’ll work alongside hazardous materials & occupational hygienists, experienced environmental scientists & engineers, geologists & hydrogeologists, and remediation and waste management consultants to deliver a broad range of complex site investigation and remediation projects. Be part of a collaborative group where you’ll deliver technical excellence while mentoring the next generation of consultants. -Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders -Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from scoping to delivery -Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators -Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies -Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects -Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects -Ownership: Participate in our employee stock purchase plan -Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants

What You Bring

Working closely with our sister companies - Eco Logical Australia, Norman Disney Young and RPS - we apply deep technical expertise and project management capability to tackle complex challenges, making sure our solutions are creative, practical and sustainable. -Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills -Be an Australian permanent resident or citizen (required for the Department of Defence) -Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery -Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded -Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites -Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement -Hold a full Australian driver’s license -Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded
