Tasks

-Manage and support the regional Dealers. -Collaborate with the Execution and engineering teams for solution development -Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers -Achieve regional Spare parts sales targets for the Delhi NCR and North India territory -Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development -Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions -Conduct technical presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations

What You Bring

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service or After sales -Strong communication and negotiation skills -Fluent in English (Hindi and other regional languages are a plus) -50–60% travel within the North India region -Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred) -Strong technical acumen -Based in Delhi NCR -Regional market understanding
