Tasks

-Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day. -Assist with the preparation of prequalification reports and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. -May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis -Periodically assist Sundt Corporate CFO with various strategic and administrative projects. Projects may include meeting planning, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, general research and ad-hoc financial analysis. -Support the prequalification team in evaluating and scoring the prequalification documents and conducting due diligence on potential trade partners. -Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis -Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors -Will lift, push or pull objects up to 501bs on an occasional basis. -Help maintain a database of prequalified trade partners, including updating their information as necessary. -Assist with the collection and review of prequalification documents, such as company profiles, safety documentation, and financial statements.

What You Bring

-Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with demonstrated track record of academic success. -Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day -Base knowledge of GMP financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flows statements. -Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills and an inquisitive personality. -Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures -Ability to work approximately 10 - 15 hours a week.
