We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle. This role is responsible for verifying customer documents, creating and managing sales and purchase orders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Create, change, or cancel POs.
Expedite and prioritize orders when required.
Manage claims related to returns, shortages, and shipping issues.
Create and share invoices with customers, upload PODs in SAP.

Proficient in MS Excel and order tracking/reporting.
Strong knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) and workflow tools like PEGA.
7–8 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and DDP/non-DDP handling.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with warehouse and freight logistics operations.
Post GR and DN in SAP.
Excellent document verification and process compliance skills.
