Tasks

-Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer. -Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. -Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including online job boards, industry organizations, and professional networks. -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market conditions for water & wastewater treatment positions. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. -Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. -Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.

What You Bring

-Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or water and wastewater field. -Willing to travel. -Proven success in sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. -Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
