Are you a passionate Bridge Engineer who enjoys working on a variety of bridge and transportation infrastructure design and rehabilitation projects? - Excellent proposal writing skills with an interest in business development.
- Technical mentorship of junior & intermediate staff, as appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and work with junior staff and technicians within a team environment.
- Project Management experience supporting bridge and/or structural projects.
- Master's or post-graduate degree in Structural or Bridge Engineering an asset.
- Familiarity with Canadian design codes and standards.
- Preference given to candidates with experience with Alberta Transportation & Economic Corridors or similar provincial clients (BC Ministry of Transportation & Transit).
- Suspension bridge & cable stay experience an asset.
- P.Eng. designation with APEGA.
- Experience delivering bridge design and/or analysis projects from start to finish.
- Experience in marketing and/or procurement of projects.
- Seismic design & retrofit experience an asset.
- An excellent Group RRSP system.
- Past experience mentoring and leading others through project management informally or formally.
- A minimum of seven years of experience within the engineering consulting industry.
- Bridge inspection experience an asset.
