Overview

Lead FM operations for a large MEP project in Qatar, managing maintenance, vendors, budgets, and client relations.

Tasks

-Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. -Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. -Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports. -Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement. -Support digital transformation initiatives including CAFM systems and smart FM technologies. -Lead the FM operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all MEP systems. -Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. -Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. -Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior FM Operations Manager role within the Facilities Management field. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is mandatory. -Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Engineering or a related discipline. -Proven experience in managing large-scale FM projects, preferably in the Middle East. -Proficiency in FM software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
