Tasks

-Take detailed work order notes and communicate relevant information to others -Monitor and document GPS on service technicians and provide accurate estimated time of arrivals -Receive and process inbound customer emails and service technician calls -Provide informative and proactive customer service -Monitor technician workflow and job site progress -Create work orders and support documentation to complete service requests -Follow-up with service technicians, service managers and account managers regarding work orders, callbacks and paperwork -Schedule and coordinate service calls within department guidelines

What You Bring

-Must possess accurate data entry skills with the ability to type 35WPM with no errors -High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow -Strong time-management skills -Construction knowledge in plumbing, electrical or construction is desired but not required
