Tasks

-Represent the corporate quality department for all projects in Ontario and British Columbia -Implement GED/ACC systems for managing quality deliverables, in partnership with the project services team -Organize, participate in, and manage quality audits for projects in Ontario and British Columbia -Assess quality requirements during the estimation phase -Prepare proposals -Collaborate on the creation of checklists with field teams -Lead quality startup activities for projects -Responsible for identifying and mobilizing quality resources in collaboration with the Quality Director and continuous improvement -Train construction teams and project quality teams -Collaborate closely with bid teams and the corporate quality bid manager to: -Develop quality plans in coordination with construction teams -Conduct weekly reporting to the Director of Quality on project progress -Contribute to the development of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) -Provide technical and process support to project teams

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple provinces -10–15 years of experience in quality management on construction sites -Bilingual (French/English) is an asset or required depending on location -Proven track record in implementing quality plans, ITPs, and managing quality systems throughout the full project lifecycle -Strong communication skills with project teams and clients -Willingness to travel regularly to British Columbia for varying durations
