Tasks

-Managing technical communication with Customer in French. -Translation of technical documents and input Emails & queries from the Team -Sharing workload within the on/offshore coordination teams and taking over responsibility with experience. -Sending mails after crosschecking with the production team.

What You Bring

(speaking/writing), technical documentation /emails in English/ French Self-learner and ability to work with a global team. -French B1, B2 OR C1 from Max Muller Bhavan /Goethe Zentrum or equivalent fluency/experience. -English C1 or equivalent fluency/experience. -Fluent in French and English reading, writing, and speaking. -Have 2+ years of work experience in customer communication -Basic understanding of telecommunication industry, specifically towards fiber planning and design. -Basic + knowledge in telecom domain, specifically plan and design of fixed line will be an added advantage.
