Tasks

To manage and oversee all procurement activities for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. -Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material quality compliance. -Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow. -Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for materials and services. -Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. -Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases. -Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate procurement.

What You Bring

-Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills. -6–10 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction (UAE experience preferred). -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. -Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
