What You Bring

-Ability to analyze customer billing data and interval data, preferred. -Ability to evaluate independently and recommend courses of action in response to inquiries. -Ability to be expert witness, preferred. -Experience in state and/or federal regulatory and rate setting process or equivalent experience, preferred. -Experience with preparation of cost of service studies, preferred. -Experience with SAP accounting software is a plus. -Demonstrated knowledge of advanced financial concepts, analytical techniques, and regulatory issues. -Outstanding analytical, computer, problem assessment, and problem-solving skills. -Effective oral communication, written communication, presentation, coaching and teaching skills.
