Tasks

-Creating continuous learning opportunities to help you grow and upskill. -Spending time across all shifts to assess operations and identify areas for improvement -Fostering a culture of inclusion where employees feel seen, heard and valued — and living it out every day. -Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand product flows and leadership dynamics -Leading day-to-day operations while supporting transformational change across the plant -Driving continuous improvement and modernization initiatives, including automation and process optimization -Managing a large-scale, complex facility with 600+ employees and 200+ product lines -Overseeing functional groups such as engineering, quality, operations, and materials

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience managing teams of 100+ employees across multiple shifts -Experience in metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environments -Understanding ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles to align information and material flows -Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Lean manufacturing principles -Ability to navigate complexity and drive operational improvements -Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse teams and shifts -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field -Familiarity with ERP systems and how they support operational efficiency -Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles -8+ years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations -Proven ability to lead in complex environments with high SKU/product variability -Flexibility to work variable hours and spend time across all shifts as needed
