Tasks

-Coordinate end-to-end planning and mobilisation for shutdowns, maintenance, or project work -Communicate with internal teams, site leadership, and clients to align workforce planning with operational needs -Contribute to continuous improvement and team efficiency initiatives -Maintain accurate workforce records and provide clear updates to stakeholders -Review and interpret job requests, clarify details, and update planning systems with accurate information -Develop systems and processes within an experienced and growing team -Engage with personnel to confirm allocations, manage changes, and fill job gaps quickly -Oversee job readiness and compliance checks before mobilisation -Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements in line with client and job requirements

What You Bring

-1–2 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, mobilisation, or similar coordination roles within a mining, maintenance, or construction environment -The ability to think ahead, adapt quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment -Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once -A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing rosters and workforce data -Based in West Perth on an 8/6 roster -Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software including ERMS, Spear, LRS, SuccessFactors, and INX -Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and planning or client systems -Eligible to work in Australia -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building positive relationships across teams and with clients
