Tasks

-Start as a designer, creating simple models and fabrication drawings. -Grow into full product design responsibilities. -Conduct fieldwork, including measurements and system assessments. -Update models and parts from the Vault as directed. -Participate in project kickoffs, planning, and customer signoffs. -Ensure final products meet requirements and drawings are accurate. -Support the shop floor and work closely with fabricators and welders.

What You Bring

-Ability to use a tape measure accurately. -2+ years of experience with Autodesk Inventor. -Associate's degree in drafting or equivalent. -Experience in a fabrication environment. -Experience working with BOMs, weld symbols, notes, and blocks. -Ability to create part drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings. -Proficiency in steel fabrication drawings, typically 1/4 inch or thicker.
