Overview
Support project managers in coordinating HVAC and construction projects, from planning to completion.

Tasks
-Coordinate project documentation such as As-built drawings, submittals, O & M manuals, scheduling inspections, and applying for permits. -Support project documentation including contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs. -Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC and construction projects. -Handle coordination of vendor material quotations and estimates. -Assist with scheduling inspections, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and HVAC regulations. -Identify potential project risks and support the development of mitigation plans. -Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work. -Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain open communication and resolve issues promptly. -Manage project/estimate list for PMs.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of local and state construction codes and permitting processes. -CAPM or PMP certification (or willingness to pursue). -Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments. -Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical drawings, and construction documents. -Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or general construction project coordination or management. -Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment. -Excellent time management and organizational abilities. -Experience working with commercial, institutional, office space, or medical. -Education: Degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred but not required. Practical experience is considered more important. -Familiarity with HVAC design principles, ductwork layouts, and mechanical system installations. -Field and office work environment must be comfortable in construction site conditions. -Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or Microsoft Project).
