-Operating motor vehicles, various warehouse equipment, and pulling trailers -Inspecting shipments and assisting in tracking inventory -Responsible for receiving shipments and readying them for storage or transfer

-Must be self-motivated, open-minded, and able to accept constructive criticism -Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines -Ability to organize, plan, and execute work assignments -General basic knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in construction -Forklift: Preferred, but not required -Knowledge of basic safety techniques and procedures -Requires exposure to minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings -Some familiarity with small engine repair and maintenance -Requires ability to climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials -Computer skills; Microsoft Office, GPS tracking software, and tool management software -Driver's License: Required (must be able to pull trailers) -Ability to safely secure materials for transfer -Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner according to instructions received -Ability to read and use a tape measure, mark, or record distances -Requires use of ladders, scaffolds, and stairways -Requires exposure to high places or dangerous conditions -Years of experience: 6 months - 1 year of warehouse or general construction experience -Requires working in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions, in very hot (above 90 F degrees) or very cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures, including exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable -Requires standing up for long periods of time -Requires ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly -Includes exposure to contaminants, hazardous material, or equipment -Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing -Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job -Requires repetitive movement, bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling -Requires seeing details at close range -Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred, but not required -Ability to operate large motor vehicles, warehouse equipment, forklifts, and pull trailers -Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to work on a team -Education: High School/G.E.D. preferred, but not required
